Who is Stef Caldwell?

I’m an writer, podcaster, leader, and homemaker.

Through my weekly newsletter, I share recipes for success in life, business, and the kitchen.

Writer.

After reading more than 100 personal development books, and using the advice from them to pursue and accomplish my biggest goals, I published my own book, ManifestHer, to help and inspire my peers. ManifestHer is the ultimate guide for ambitious women navigating life and career after college. Hailed as “The self-love book of the year!” it received an outpouring of support from readers and best-selling authors alike. I continue to share recipes for success in life, business, and the kitchen via my blog and weekly newsletter.

Podcaster.

I started podcasting as a way to continue connecting with readers beyond my book. I use the platform to amplify the voices of smart, interesting, and inspiring people, as a way to guide listeners in their own lives and careers. I’m the co-host of Allowlist, a weekly show taking listeners behind the scenes with founders, investors, and the disruptive consumer companies they are building.

Leader.

I’ve spent more than a decade honing my expertise in sales, marketing, and client development at b2b software and market research companies adjacent to the consumer goods industry — from strategy, to brand marketing, to new business sales and customer development, my expertise is in uniting revenue teams, and accelerating growth.

Homemaker.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mother, dog mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I love a long walk, a great book, going to see standup comedy, planning our next vacation, and hosting my friends and family for dinner, drinks, and game night.

Words I Live By:

“Leave the world a better place than you found it.”
